Grind the flaxseeds into a fine powder.
In a small bowl, mix together the ground flaxseed, egg, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased, microwave-safe round dish (about 4-5 inches in diameter).
Sprinkle the top with sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, or until the bread is firm and cooked through.
Carefully remove from the microwave and let it cool for a moment before serving.
