Steps
Cut the salmon at tight intervals of 0.5 cm to 1 cm without reaching the fish's skin. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Prepare the glaze: In a small saucepan, heat the soy and silan together for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, until the mixture reduces and thickens slightly. Turn off the heat, add the olive oil, salt, and pepper and mix well.
Pour the glaze generously over the fish and make sure the sauce gets well between the cracks of the fan. You can use a silicone brush.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees (turbo) for 15-18 minutes, or until the fish is ready and the edges are caramelized.
