Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (turbo mode).

  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas well.

  3. Add the eggs, coconut oil, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.

  4. Mix well until a uniform mixture is formed.

  5. Gently stir in the dark chocolate chips.

  6. Pour the mixture into a silicone muffin tin or paper liners.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (turbo mode).

  8. Reduce the temperature to 150°C (without turbo) and bake for about 20 more minutes, until the muffins are firm and golden.

Notes

For serving, you can drizzle with honey, maple syrup, peanut butter, or a quality chocolate spread.
