Steps

  1. Sauté the onions and celery.

  2. Add the carrots and lentils and continue to sauté.

  3. Add the green leaves and spices.

  4. Add water until covered (plus extra as needed) and bring to a boil.

  5. Lower the heat and cook for about 30 minutes.
