Steps

  1. Preheat your oven (180°C).

  2. Grate the carrots 🥕and mix them with the grated Gouda cheese 🧀

  3. Press the carrot and cheese mixture into a 28cm baking dish to form the base.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, and crème fraîche.

  5. Distribute the broccoli florets and salmon cubes evenly over the carrot base.

  6. Pour the egg and cream mixture over the vegetables and fish.

  7. Bake until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
