Easy to Make Protein Snacks

A super quick and easy to prepare lunch - chicken snails in rice paper that are put in the air fryer. And listen, beyond the ease and the fact that it's full of protein, gluten-free and low-carb, even the kids went crazy for them. Perfect for weight loss and toning.

Steps

  1. Mix all the filling ingredients into a uniform mixture.

  2. Wet a rice paper in cold water and place it on a work surface.

  3. Place 2 tablespoons of the filling at the top edge and close like an envelope.

  4. Roll into a roll and slice into units about 2 cm long.

  5. Place in the air fryer tray, spray with oil spray.

  6. Fry in a hot air fryer for 18 minutes at 210 degrees.

  7. Serve hot with a sauce you like on the side.
