Mix all meatball ingredients together and form small balls.
For the base, heat oil in a pot and sauté sliced onions until golden. Add spices.
Add meatballs to the pot, cover, and cook for 7–10 minutes. Do not move them too much.
Add carrots, peas, and corn. In a separate bowl, mix tomato paste, sugar, and water, then pour it into the pot. Cover and cook for another 10–15 minutes.
